About: Narellan Pilates Studio is owned & operated by Sherrie Aprilovic, the only qualified Level 4 APMA Pilates Practitioner in the Macarthur district with University Graduate Qualifications in the Pilates Method and extensive training in anatomy & physiology, musculoskeletal assessment & corrective exercise prescription. Before receiving instruction in the Pilates Method, each client undergoes an initial consultation where a pre-exercise medical history is taken and any special needs are discussed. All sessions are by appointment and client numbers are restricted so that each client is given individual attention.
